| Barn Dance 17th July 2010 |
Barn Dance We are looking for helpers to set up the morning of the event and to man the bar - possibly some of those dads who don't want to dance?! We are trying to get a rota going for an hour at a time, so everyone can join in the fun (if they want to!) Please see a member of the PTA Committee or your class reps if you are able to volunteer. Also we will be selling tickets in the playground after school, at the Cake Sale on 9th July, the Helpers Tea this Friday and at Sports Day. So please bring your cash/cheque books to these events and you can get your tickets. Mrs Brown will also be selling them on the gate in the mornings. We need to know numbers a week in advance for this event, to have the numbers for the Hog Roast, so last minute buying not really an option. Buy your tickets NOW to avoid disappointment! |
